GAI invites eligible and qualified audit firms to submit proposals for the provision of independent external audit services in accordance with these Terms of Reference below;
The selected firm will undertake the annual statutory and donor-compliance audit and provide recommendations to strengthen governance, accountability, and financial management systems.
Interested audit firms shall submit:
- Company profile.
- Certificate of incorporation.
- Valid ICPAK practicing certificate.
- Tax Compliance Certificate.
- CR12 (where applicable).
- Technical proposal detailing methodology.
- CVs of key audit personnel.
- At least three references from NGOs or donor-funded projects audited within the last three years.
- Financial proposal showing audit fees and taxes separately
Deadline for submission is 19th June 2026 at 5.00PM
